Learn what it takes to successfully manage a restaurant or hotel. Exclusively in Jackson, Wyoming, this program utilizes the resources of the hospitality industry. Work with employers in extensive internships during the height of tourist seasons; 4 months of training during the Summer/Winter seasons after gaining knowledge from courses during the “shoulder seasons” (Sep-Nov) and (Mar-May). This partnership helps meet community needs by providing employment through the end of the busy seasons.

The Hotel and Restaurant Management certificate program prepares students for entry-level management positions in a variety of settings within the hospitality industry. The general education prerequisites are designed to encourage students to develop critical and creative thinking, computation, communication skills, and basic technical skills utilized in the hospitality industry.
